canal side delight
perfect view water view helpful concierge
the hotel room was wonderful. i received an upgrade to a room. it included a perfect water view, so that was a plus. the size was perfect for two travelers. concierge was very helpful too.
the cleaning service was poor. i asked repeatedly for several things. these included replacing used water bottles. also i needed tea bags replenished, and our dustbin fixed.

the hotel location is good. it is a bit far from the city center. the hotel is close enough to some charming bars. you can find restaurants in a new area that i had not explored before.

the staff was helpful and attentive. they where also discrete. i celebrate a birthday here and the staff was accommodating. they even provided an in suite birthday surprise. breakfast was very lovely here.

The location was convenient. I could walk to the tram.
The room I got was too dark and quite small. I couldn't open my suitcase properly. I was supposed to get a king beautiful room. Instead, they gave me a "design room.

spacious room birthday surprise
My room was quite spacious and silent. The view from the breakfast area was great. The Harbour Club served tasty food and the drinks were well-prepared. I even received a birthday surprise in my room. The hotel offers vouchers for skipping room service.

wonderful Stay near RAI
beautiful twin room convenient location outdoor terrace wear tear
The room was a beautiful twin room. The location was convenient, especially for attending events at the RAI exhibition centre. I walked through beatrixpark daily, a BEAUTIFUL experience. The hotel features a nice outdoor terrace by the canal.
I noticed some wear and tear in the room. the MAINTENANCE could be improved. Otherwise, my stay was excellent.
